Valorant Patch 11.02: Unreal Engine 5 Ushers in a New Era

Riot Games has officially rolled out Valorant Patch 11.02, marking a huge milestone for the tactical FPS with the transition to Unreal Engine 5.3. While gameplay may feel familiar for now, this update future-proofs Valorant with modern development tools and noticeable performance improvements.

The patch requires a 25GB download, but in exchange, players enjoy a smaller installation footprint. To celebrate, Riot is giving all players the “High-Tech Novelties” gun buddy, symbolizing the game’s next-gen leap.

  • Phoenix – Blaze minimap indicator no longer lingers after expiration.

  • Corrode – Fixed utility pathing, geometry exploits, and boost spots.
  • Pearl – Patched Raze Showstopper damage bug on A Link Box.
  • Split – Removed Sage wall exploit near A-Site rafters.

🔹 New Content: SplashX Skin Pack

Alongside bug fixes, Riot launched the SplashX skin bundle, a playful water-gun-inspired pack with vibrant visuals that balances the patch’s technical upgrades with fun cosmetic flair.
